Opel Zafira A Y22DTR PSG16 egr off

Hi,
Can someone cancel EGR in this file?
I find DTC table and DTC mask and disable P0400 code in flash. But car same still in limp mode...
PS: EGR wire still connected, only blocked EGR valve in closed position.

a bit off topic, but please someone explain PSG reflash procedure, how to read write flash with tech 2, and how to get these files frrm and to tech2 tool, where are the files placed on cf card for this procedure and what extension
