Mercedes W210 Key From Dump of EZS (MC68HC05X32)

Hi, I need help for Mercedes W210 E200 Year 2001 CDI...I was changing plastic cover on Key and make mistake:grey:. I try to change NEC to another Key but not working, I think that NEC is damaged..Car wan't start anymore. Please can somenoe calculate Key from dump of MCU MC68HC05X32 from EZS module, to program it with NEC programmer. I have new but used Key.
I read the dump with ETL programmer, from this one MCU on the picture.

Solved the problem, by calculating Keys by another person. I programed NEC, put in to the Key and all is Ok:joyous:.
