Peugeot 407 - broken BSI - options?

Hi guys,

I have a customer with a faulty relays in a BSI.
Car is a 2005 407.
What is the best option to install a new BSI.

Is it possible to renew a second hand one so I can install it?

Can I copy the contents of the old BSI to a donor and it plug and play ?

Is the code I use to program keys the same code used to adapt new modules into the car?

I have PP2000 but I have never coded a new BSI before.
