mercedes axor truck internal fault in ecu eeprom

please help, coded key from eeprom dump. after replacing eeprom 93c66, truck starts but idles high, with no revs and the fault codes with star say internal fault in ecu eeprom. any ideas:blue::blue:

What do you mean "after replacing eeprom 93c66"?
Read eeprom/better with soldering on to adapter/ generate key, solder eepron on to PLD and start the truck.
There is PLD with two eeproms, do not make mistake to read second one.

hi, i mean i removed the eeprom 93c66 from pld to read it with elnec programmer. i then used the dump to code the key with zed bull. then resoldered the eeprom back onto pld. the truck starts but idles very high and it doesnt rev when i press the accelerator.

Your eeprom dump seems corrupted and that's why the ecu complains about it. Try with original dump again.

i didnt write eeprom dump just read it? then resoldered the eeprom back

Corrupted dump or bad soldering of eeprom i guess.

thanks for the response will resolder for the third time, we took it off thinking the same and then resoldered it back on but yet still it was giving the same result

If the truck starts with high idle and you cannot do anything with the throttle pedal, check the FR module ! FR is damaged or it is a can bus communication error..

OR

I remember.. a friend of me copied a transponder key and has got the same problem.. With the original key, the truck runs fine ! Did you try the old and the new key ?

Hi guys I had re soldered the eeprom the wrong way round. Turned it and all was well
