Connection Issue???

Hi, my f5 box has most channels scrambled, when i check CCcam.cfg it reads 'offline' with a green circle ticked, i then check 'network setting' which shows as active with a green circle, any ideas of what the problem is please

Oh, and i can watch stuff on youtube if this is of any significance

Are you getting the FTA channel's..........if so Well we know where this is going then right to thepartwecannottalkabout..........2 words provider issue

I see, yes i get most FTA channels, can watch youtube, process of elimination would suggest that, thanks..
