2011Mazda3-BFB6 57K30-40063 or 40067?

Which driver ic is normally gets burn for a 2011 Mazda3 module?
40063 or 40067? How can I check or know which is bad or both can be bad?
I don't see any burn hole on either chip.
My scanner show sign of the driver ic is/are bad.
I got 40064. Is this compatible with 40063?
I tried google, cannot find any technical data info for both to compare.

I bought one 40063 of eBay and replace it. Then wasn't ablet to connect to the module. After careful investigation, I've found that subnet masks on mine and the one from ebay is defferent. Did anyone had luck replacing these? Where to buy 40063 from?

Did it many times successfully. Check soldering. Bought it from e-bay as well from mr.pound_store

It's a waste of money & time.
No communication too after I replaced it with
the one I order from Ebay.
I also bought the 40067.
Now with no communication, I can't tell if the ic driver chip from
Ebay(40063) is no good or 40067 is also no good??
How I tell if the ic driver chip is no good from my scanner are
it show 4 sensors 0 ohm even I already fixed/replaced them all &
confirmed good.
isn't the B1342 is for the unreset crash data??

I don't think you can buy same subnet mask on ebay, or you did?
