Spiderbox 7000hd can't find discovery hd

I have lost discovery hd on 28.2 I have tried to rescan but still can't find. I have also scanned the new frequency and still can't find!
Also especially and mtv hd
Has anybody else had this problem?
I am using spiderbox 7000hd

seems ok to me, make sure you havent exceeded the maximum allowed for channels or transponders (clear the c**p out)

discovery HD is on 12363 V 29500

Mtv HD is on 12090 V29500

Thanks you were right that's all that was wrong
Deleted a load of channels and sure enough it then scanned and found the missing channels
