Skybox x5 some channels no signal snr showing 8%

Hi
i had my friends skybox f5 to update the channel list and every thing seems to be working at my yard but when he connects to his sat at home very channels working ok at my house are showing no signal channels checked were boomerang and boomerang+1 and asian channel noor tv all sly channels are ok i seen something on ebay no signal fix will this help to fix this problem any help will be appreciated

Sounds like your dish is out of line or check the cable
thats where i would start

do you have the original sly box connected at the same time ??? (at yours)
