I have Carprog, can I read from OBD? There is no Scenic option but other models

buy renault pin reader, works well.

if your key is a remote key, then transponder will be precoded, if not remote then just program.

I just rang the dealer and they gave it to me, didnt need to turn a screw. Needs a new starter though
