That's a very rare Digifiz. You can change the mileage on them if you have one of the newer versions only. You can recognize them as they have a rabbit symbol and also a sticker with Digifiz-redesigned.
These have a NMC9307EN eeprom.

LM308AN is not an eeprom. Sorry, no way for the old version.
