Saab 9-5 (T7 ecu) were is immo stored? (need to move key/immo)

Do we have a Saab expert in DK?

I have a problem :)
I have a 2,0T 150 ECU and we have changed engine in car to 2,3T Aero 250hk and need to use Aero ecu.
So, I need to move key/immo from 150hp ecu to 250hp ecu.
How to do?

Okey immo is stored in Immo and Dash.
But were is immo stored in ecu?
Or is it possible to do immo off?
