Security bits for 0L87J Audi central electrics

hi, i am trying to change the vin no on this 2004 audi a4 central electrics.

8E0 907 279F part no.

0L87J = HC908AZ60A

I can read it auto baud 14401, with upa but when i try and program the dump with different vin it keeps on stopping when it reaches 1FF, any ideas or help.

attached is dump and read with no security bits .
