Ecu 307 Reset or off

Hi guys , please i need make this ecu virgin or immo off it's an peugeot 307 petrol engine
bosh number 0 261 208 913 , CMME ME745 CEM0 , i programm already key for bsi but
car wont start , when i start engine in actual values of immobiliser ecu lock goes off then on,
i want know if ecu have problem, thanks for ours helps.
