Audi A3 electric Windows Sticking

Hi. I have an Audi A3 53 plate. The front passenger electric window tends to stick a lot while trying to close. It will get half way up then slow right down until it stops then goes into the open position. The only way I can get this to close is to help it up with my hand. Any ideas on how to fix this?

check white plastic on the x-leg end, on lift/down cable he's losing/slipping, remove panel you will see what happened
