It will be hard for you to pick up any other satellite if you are not motorised you might be able to get 19.2e if you add another lnb pointing to it. Ideally you would need a motorised system with a 0.8m dish or bigger.

You could get a monoblock lnb but you really need a dish that's 80cms and not a sly dish which is suitable for European sats like 13 and 19, Andy.

Like I say I don't get 9 and 10 only 1-5 ... Which was lucky as west ham was on 5 :-) ... My dish was from Alsat and my motor was part of a dish kit from maplin ... Got it a long time ago only just getting back in to sat again :-)

2, a quick search on fleabay will tell you how much a motorized 1m dish will cost
3, if you look on youtube for motorized sat dish , you will see exactly what the motor does , then you wont need to ask daft questions like - assuming the didsh dont roatate? and what does the motor exacly do . :eviltongue:

Heya mate,
Jesus that's brilliant. I'm moving house to a rural area in Ireland soon around the North East. Going to get a motorised dish. Can you recommend a good satellite for the Sports the Sky UK/Ireland cannot pick up but also in English? A big ask I know but if it's at all possible I'd be up for it.
Cheers! :)
