Hi all, i have a passat diesel which i need to make immo off, the problem is that i have tried many solutions and none of the work.
The ecu no is 0 281 001 r411/412
The cars ecu is in plastic case, with two B... Eeproms, i think they are 93c46x16, and they are not smd like on 1997 cars, its freaking old ecu... They are DIP type and are pain in the ass to resolder as i broke my clip for these, and the skills to do that are gone since most of the things are smd now!
Anyway the car has a black immo box, maybe it is possible to make immo off in there? And the chineese immo emulator doesnt work, i heard that there are special for diesels dunno if its true. By the way i have already tried the most common solution for these cars 'passat 1z' it also didnt work.
i know the immo should be located in the eeprom which is closer to the tape connceting the boards. I will post dumps on moday, meanwhile your opinions and if anyone has done it properrly, would be glad to hear your experiance.
