WTA about sky UK

hi all, i live in Malaysia and owned Skybox F5, i would like to ask some question if u guys dont mind..

i want try to point my dish to Sky UK satellite, 28.2E astra if im not mistaken.

i have all the information including the elevation, azimuth, and skew position.

is it possible for me to point it? is it possible for me to watching Sky channel? thank you for your time, waiting for your reply, thanks!
