The Adventure Game :top: What a prog that was, a wee bit surreal, Moira Stewart was in it too. Great stuff.

I know yer couldn't bring this back but I loved Blakes 7, and i still do, got every episode on me pc and I watch em every now and then. I had a mega crush on servalan and spent many a happy hour doin what lads do best in the privacy of their bedroom. :D

an example of 3 2 1's impossible clues

"To clean your own house, you'll need one of these,
To collect your rubbish, if that's what you please."
(accompanied by a dustpan and brush)

Remember, the choices for the solution are Car, Bin, (and possibly something else)
What do you think? It's the bin! Discard it! It's the bin. And they duly discarded it.
Here's an example solution Ted might give:

"Well", Ted would begin, "To clean your house, you'll need one of these.
That could be a hoover or something, and it could be Dusty Bin.
To collect your rubbish, if that's what you please....
well, you'd certainly be pleased to collect one of these...
and you'd need it to collect your rubbish if you were taking it to the dump or something...
yes, you've rejected the car !"

RedSpider
26th April, 2009, 09:36 PM
only one fella was ever killed.
amzing eh, a crack commando unit was the boast at the start of each episode.
i'm pretty sure a crack commando could aim better than that.
it weren't just the a-team that were shiit shots, everyone was. cops, soldiers, professional hitmen, mafiosa.
b*ll*cks but brilliant

Auf Wiedersein Pet, cant beat those early series, first class.
YES!!!
"We had no way of staying afloat,
We had to leave on a ferryboat.
Economic refugees,
On the run to Germany.
We had the back of Maggie's hand,
Times were tough in Geordieland.
We got wor tools and working gear
And humped it all from Newcastle to here."

Seems everything i watch gets canned :( i must have the bad touch or something.

Firefly
Jericho
Boys from the black stuff
Alf
Terrahawks
Max Headroom

I think they could quite easily pull off a new series of Spitting Image, though they would probably go all computer CGI and gay it up.

Auf Wiedersehen Pet, cant beat those early series, first class.
auf weidersehen pet ( bet u sing it to yourself :D )
YouTube - Auf Wiedersehen Pet Video
Working on the site,
From Morning 'till night,
That's livin' alright,
That's livin' alright,

Then a pint with the boys,
In a bar full of noise,
That's livin' alright,
That's livin' alright,

Working all day,
For a pitence of pay,
Then blow it all on Saturday night,

And you kiss the dames,
But you don't ask their names,
That's livin' alright.

Working in the sun,
Drinking Schnapps having fun,
That's livin' alright,
That's livin' alright,

Then a night in the town,
Spreadin' it around,
That's livin' alright,
That's livin' alright,

Working all day,
For a packet of pay,
And send a little back to the wife,

Still you keep a little here,
Just to keep you in beer,
That's livin alright.

Yeah you play the game,
Then it's Auf Wiedersehen,
That's livin alright.

Telling the lie,
With a glint in your eye,
'Cause tommorrow you'll be back on the site,

And you kiss the dames,
But you don't ask their names,
That' livin alright.

Yeah you play the game,
Then it's Auf Wiedersehen,

That's livin' alright, wish i hadnt listened to it now its like on a loop now in my head, and before u say owt yes theres plenty of room for it to go round and round lol

i heard they're remaking V Alien lizards set to invade ABC in 'V' - Entertainment News, Los Angeles, Media - Variety (http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117993725.html?categoryid=1236&cs=1)

No input from Kenneth Johnson though (the original creator) and they're looking to expand the market into video games and merchandising.
sounds like a dubious ploy to grab some of that Battlestar Galactica money. i cant help but be sceptical.

It would be cool if they brought back Twin Peaks though. Almost anything by David Lynch is golden, ecaept that Inland Empire debacle and Dune was a bit meh (Lynch didnt get final cut though)

Blue Velvet....one word, Awesome.
I think Dune is a great movie too. My brother in law is a massive Lynch fan and I borrowed Inland Empire off him, I followed the first hour ok, but from then on.....:hmmmm::hmmmm:
