Hi all,

Just a quick one really, not sure if anyones experienced this before but I can't find anything on the forum anywhere. Basically whenever I hit the favourites button on the remote and start scrolling through groups, the picture in the background ends up scrambling and then restarting again after a short while, I've taken a video of it to make it clearer to understand, does anyone know if it could be a firmware issue etc? Please check the youtube link below and let me know your thoughts :)

Thanks
:)

Edit: I'm running AJ's latest channel list and software version 3601HD_27_03_2013_0794

Not suprised scrolling like that. As you move from one fav to another the box is preparing to change. Its common so stop trying to brick ya box.

No I was just trying to recreate the problem, I don't normally scroll like that obviously, it will just happen while scrolling normally.

It looks like the firmware is corrupted. Back up any gifts etc and reinstall the firmware from here: SkyBox | SkyBox (http://www.skybox.cc/) (This one 2013/03/28 SKYBOX F5 F3 M3 - Upgrade YOUTUBE, Weather,Fix SAT List)
After the firmware is installed install your channel list that you want
then on the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order and not scrambling when going through the menu, put back your gifts and change your settings to suit.

alot of them do that, just select the channel you want to watch and it will work again, not like ya can watch much with the favs list stuck in middle of the screen.

Which brings me to the question of why do folk want to change the boot logo which they only see for a couple of seconds on boot up.
