maybe somebody can say how to read cr16 becouse i cant read whit carprog ?

Dear friend
to be honest i spend enough time and enough money to buy programmer but i could not read and really no solution
i bought second hand from ebay in Germany and when i got i did not reprogramm with original VOLVO vida i spend 75 euro but nothing
i asked many people but really i did not find any solution
i found only company in Europe with 40 euro including shipping return to your office to erase crash data
maybe i ve made mistake but really i spend enough time many days without any solution
