Dashboard A7 2001 with Digiprog 3 clone

I have tried to make A7 with Digiprog clone. I didn?t get any PDF for A7. Took cluster out and the hooked the chip up to the programmer and it set it to 0 then refitted it but the programmer is unable to write new milage only get error 7F2E22 every time I try to write it. Anyone who has a idea?

when u set to zero u supposed to go to audi A7 OBD diag and change mileage before driving car? if it does not change put the original dump back (if u saved)

I used a digiprog 3 clone it only reset without giving you the opportunity to save the file. Get error 7F2E22 in window of programmer. Drove after to check it still was working.

Your supposed to save dump. Do u get 7f2e22 error when trying OBD under a7 diag option?

Try a6 in menu.
to save thedunp you have to go to eprom read and save.

Yes after reset to zero and tying to write with A7 OBD I get the error code in display.

The problem u have now is U don't have original dump. Have U used digiprog to read a EEPROM since? If no then go to EEPROM editor and if lucky u might have the EEPROM data on screen which u can save and write back to dump to make car normal again

I can get my friends Elpro do the trick but where?s the fun in that? Is there anything to be done with the digiprog or is it just to wait until they get Another update out there? Or update my Elpro for Another 700 euro? And that would suck.... Car works fine now with 6 km on the Clock.........:-)

ist there a method to adapt using vcds??? i know that if 0 on display you can use vcds to insert any value you want!!!!!!!!

srry i just saw procedure once on an audi tt but i cant remember how!(i dont work in the field)

If dash has less than 62 Miles on it VCDS will change mileage to any value

can try also to disconect battery for awile and then try again through obd.
otherwise use vcds to change mileage if its less then 100km on the dash.

You need security login to change the mileage, even if it is under 100km.

nothing you can do.
I dont ynderstant if you have dp3

Upload your actual dump, maybe I can help you. ;)

I think solution for this is: Dump from working NEC + 95320 from other cluster into your cluster... then remove CP (component protection) online with ODIS/VAS... then do the re-correction with a proper tool like carprog/dp3/enigma.... right now cluster is in service mode and will not jump back by any chance... if somebody here have a saved dump from a6 (4g0) /a7 cluster before and after set to service mode then maby we can figure out how to put back bytes for "normal mode" + original km...

I have the dp3 but didn?t have the program for A7 acive at the time I bought the clone..... That?s why I tried the clone. It sais it had the program...... Trust me It dont work..... Drove the car and remade it with the DP3 and it works fine........

now in 2018 i have same problem with digiprog but dash shows me DEF, and diagprog 4 can't solve DEF problem but i have original dump before everything messed up, and i try to write back but DEF again

if somebody have a time to check file i will be thankfull
