BT sports 1 plays then scrambled

Does any one else BT 1 play and says scrambled then plays and scrambled an so on. was watchin arsenel game earlier and does this. also hapened last week with liverpool. why is this.? so annoying...

using sattv5 sly list and TP 11584. i know the new frequency on 11585 but cos the firmware on the box doestn matter what channel list i use still has 11584 - also one didgit out shouldnt matter..

any advice?

Cant inbox u as it says you have exceeded stored messages. How u mean by over subscribed and popular? Works fine on other matches and other times of day like now.. Just when premier league games on.
