I have just bought a hdmi splitter box and have connected my dm800hd. Im getting picture on the tv but the little ir transmitters are not working..this is what I got...

Cannot understand why my remote is not working as its a fairly simple setup. Could the dvi to hdmi converter on the dm800hd be making an impact, I dont think it should have anything to do with the hdmi distribution box or the ir transmitter eyes.
On the little hdmi adaptor thats on the eyes, there is a little switch, one to cec and one to ir, Ive tried both settings but no joy...
Where exactly is the ir sensor on the dm800hd, i have tried all over the display but still not picking up...
