my laptop says the disc c is low on space so i looked in programs and theres nothing loaded in it i formated from windows vista to windows 7 but theres no programs loaded and i cant get youtube videos to go .....nightmare..

download that and run it it cleans space not being used on your puter

are you sure you deleted the old windows as some times its kept on your system as windows old :)
