i have this 2007 Mercedes S Class that i need to change Engine computer A 273 153 50 79 .i looked everywhere but no luck , so i was wondering if some one know what other replacement part # are compatible with this part A 273 153 50 79

look for same engine and then match to immo

Find any 273 ECU with 2 CAN and make full clone using BDM (MPC+MPC_Configuration-A+Flash+EEPROM)

hi and if i find one engine computer with same part number can i make it virgine eprom and flash only or i have read MPC also ?
