Help with EDC16CP34

Hi , i have an Audi 3.0 tdi 2007 year with edc16cp34 ecu.

I read with galletto by obd , flash and put a friends file that it says is fap and egr off (i need only egr off)

Drove car for about 50 km and and i have again P0401 egr fault.:eek:
So i try to put back .ori file but galletto didnt let me by obd (error silentkey).

i make full bdm ,wrote by bdm .ori flash but car dont start and ventilation goes to full.
I suppose i have checksum error.

I need someone help me correct checksum on .ori file ,and if can make tested egr off to ,on ori file it will be great!!!:beer:

I can help you in this regard. Send a file as soon as possible.

Ori file is a BDm read and has 6 checksum blocks...

flash file is a BDm read and has 1 bad checksum...just flash that BMD should correct that 1 checksum, or do it in winols first!

And one question , if i put an egr off file on a car , i need to make a gasket without hole to block it , or live it like it is?

by defalult egr valve stays closed so a proper egr off file will make the valve not open at all.so no need to block anything!
