skoda octavia II 2008y odometer change problems

Hi i have Ocatavia 2008 year. i was tried to change odometer with tacho universal. i connected to clip 24c32 and changed km. old km was 291136, i changed in clip to 172128. i check what i do, by connecting to clip shows 172128. but when i connect dashboard to the car, in dashboard shows 291000(before was 291136) what is the problem. in clip shows 172128.
Can you help me

read at forum about cdc3272 or similar ,and you andestend about thise dashboard ,you need special tools via obd!,or x prog
