VW Touran P1640 eeprom error

Hello, I have VW Touran 2004 2.0 EDC16U1 with P1640/18048 Internal Control Module: EEPROM Error . I did try using VAG EDC16 cheksum calculation, tried immo on/off, checked flash if there's something missing, reprogrammed keys - none of them helped. Anyone can help with further thoughts? Regards!

put another eeprom from other ecu, learn with cluster by 50 channel and work ok.
sometimes you must replace eeprom.
