MAZDA 2 KEY ADD

Dear guys i am working on a 2008 mazda 2 . car is forget own key.and red immo lamp is blinking on dash.
i read immo dump on odometer 93c66 and decode original key with cn900.
Here is the dump and picture of key data.file read at 16 bit.
Can anyone add this key data to dump please?

pls read the dtc.
for mazda i think you need 2 keys to be programmed to allowed the car to car.
how many key you have stored?

i cant read dtc because ford ids and launch x431 diagun is not connecting car.Sbb is connecting and showing 2 key at database but when i try to add key its going security wait time procedure,alsa sbb has not mazda 2 at list i am trying on mazda b series.
car is not cracking red immo lamp is blinking so fast.
car was working for 3 mounths before owner was in uk now he came back and car is not starting.

the key is perfect and the dump is good , so mabe should look for other problem .

if launch x431 cant comm then some thing is wrong with can network , need to start checking wiring and module .

if ids cannot connect to this car , you know something is wrong , get another engine ecu and try to comm with car .
