Hello, i m a new member here and was wondering if anyone could help me.

I have a zone 1 sky dish setup in southern England, setup and aligned by sky.

I bought a second dish which is zone 2. I have set it up the left side of the house outside my window, everything went well. I have skybox f5s with the channel list installed.
I connected the coax supplied in a kit to the quad sky lab and then the other side in to the lnb in on my skybox.

Basically i have aligned the dish using an ar app on my iphone to the best i could following many instructions and help online, and i can't get it aligned or somethings wrong as when looking at signal quality and that it says 45% and 10% for signal quality, this does not change.

However when plugged into my zone 1 dish already setup i get nearly 100% signal and quality.

Any help? Thanks so much in advance.
