Problem with flash write mask 3l16y for ford fiesta 2009

I have a problem with the flash write dash ford fiesta motorola mask 3l16y. Flash stores only in 25% of the X-prog and ETL. I have two of the same dash's, and any problem with the record.

bump. Same issue. can only write 0$0-0$0FFFF and 0$30000-3FFFF. Cannot write 0$10000-0$2FFFF. Ford Escape same 9s12hz256. Have tried UPA-S and Xprog.

which ?? This dash is from a Ford Fiesta Kinetic 2012, not an Escape, and it is possible to read and write with UPA an Xprog.
