try reprogramming the engine ecu, i have a fiorino 1.3 diesel having same problem, unlock the inertia switch by the signal switch method but still cannot start, reprogram the ecu with examiner & van start immediately, this information was given to me by a DK member & it is 100% correct as i tried it myself

Turn on the ignition and watch the indicator turns!
will flash when the right turn on the right turn lever it flashes 3 times and flashes a left turn then turn the lever to the left. And so you have to be repeated several times until you start to flash at the same time the indicator turns 2 this would mean to set the lever to the position of the turns is turned off and then the
