IAW 5AM cloning

Hi

Gilera 800GP from 2012 with ECU MAGNETI MARELLI "IAW 5AM.E0" / HW610"

I need to "clone" this ecu in order that the used one will start the engine

Is it enough to copy-paste the complete FLASH, or do i need to copy-paste also the 95160 eeprom data ?
(the eeprom is the "HYBRID-eeprom" which is very complex to access)

Any experiences ?
