How to read NISSAN QASHQAI 2007 1,6i Hitachi ECU

I have a broken ECU from NISSAN QASHQAI 2007 1,6i Hitachi and need to replace to a used one.
Is`t possible to clone ecu? BDM reading?
Is immo in Eeprom 95320? (placed close to MCU on motherboard)
MCU is 64F7055F40
