I haven't used that software. If you can send it to me, I can figure it real quick.

I have a different one. Try this access. If it works, I'll do a trade with you for that one.

There is no Level 15 on the software , it will take a license for Level 15 but the highest levels on DDRS and DDDE are 3/3

I think cyph8r1975 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/166862-cyph8r1975/) just explained to you - there is no level 15. If you use DDRS enter 2 level license and it be enough.
DDDL - 1 level and cannot be higher, what ever license key you make.
DDRS - 2 level and cannot be higher, what ever license key you make.
DDDE - 3 level and cannot be higher, what ever license key you make.
