I just spoke with them new software version. So I will test the new version and compare, my price $350.00 shipping included so I'm pay at extra $100.00 , looks like 3 cars where added to the menu Lincoln was one. Pt cruiser did not read out pin on the older version.

KP-819 was never upgradeable as far as I know, people tried to help me and it never worked, updating was nonsense.

with lots of reading and based on DK reviews, i have decided to buy a kp819 and started saving money a month ago..

JUst When i got it enough to buy one, i am seeing an another version of it in new clothes...CONFUSED?? Wondering whether it is just design change or another marketing gimmick buy chinese

this promise something better than kp819 and they might fixed many bugs or hardware issues of any kp 819(if it had any), meaning making KP819 as Beta version of what they really wanted

It has more detailed info instead of 1 to 5 but for chrysler coverage no difference. You get the new 2013 6 series.

It is possible to add key without existing for Jaguar? Mazda 6 2008 only all key lost and you need program at least 2keys. Very similar to x100. Maybe same developer just added automatic incode-outcode.

I can tell you that it work good with the newer CAN system pin read for Chrysler. The new Mazda 6 system tested and pass. Range rover & jaguar 2010 and up programming the proxy key tested and work! I pick up some new dealer work cause of that.

Mazda 6 new system you mean 2008-2012 or 2012? By Range is possible to add next key when no working is available?

The ford quick prog and mazda is based on changing eeprom data for some ecus(theres a pdf that explains how for older ones).Ford type 4 uses type 5 can most of the time. It sets it up to accept the roll in of the keys. At least the stand alone ones. You can turn pass word into count down and vise versa. The toyota quickflash did the same (put in a virgin flash)and only allowed one key to be installed, thats why it ruined some models 4d 70 based. The immo off for vag's read what ecu it is then turns that specific off. Fixed so it was not so ****tered.

The new one updates a usb so on the board there must be usb based. Good idea 4g Would have enough memory to do everything.

The 06 can use cas 1/2 immo bypass on mvp, some have cas 2 bypass other do not. ford is focus 2008 tons of other programmers do. Need to say if us or euro, for ford jag land rover? The newest one updates via flash programming soft. kp-818 was eeprom flash. the 818 cover 95 percent of the new one. Wanted to get new to dis to see how easy to add what logged so far. Ad bmw cas3 as long as not dealer updated lately via obd2. Cas 4 extra key if have one. VW's easy.
