I have a 206 with dead Magnet Marelli ECU IAW 6PL2.03. Is it possible to install one from breaker? Is it a straight swop or will I have to virginalise it and re-programme it. Any info regarding the swop will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

no mate there is no straight swap only read old ecu and flash the mcu with the file from your original ecu

or virginise the used ecu and tele code with planet

both options will require tooling what tools do you have to either swap the flash or code a virgin ecu back to car ?

I have PP2000, ICC and third party xprog which I just tried to register but got fatal error #14391, its showing ST7/ST10 authorised but I am not able to use it.

Looks like I'll have to get another one.

look like something wrong on your xprog, and hope you use the correct st10 pinout

Sorted the xprog, had to re-flash the atmega64. Read the ST10F280 and double checked it with ICC and it gave me the correct Pin Code. So I should be able to write this file into the one from the breakers or do I erase first and then write?

Recommended method to deal with ST10F*** internal memory is ALWAYS erase before write!
