Reading MB keys

Hello fellas

Can anyone tell me which programmer can read nec and motorola chip in mb keys. Pic attached

I need to read both keys. I have upa and xprog. Any connection diagram will be much appreciated

Motorola mc68hc05 used in mb keys can be read and write with UPA and XProgM.
Nec CPU can be only Erase and write. This CPU has not "read" function. Use equipment for nec mb keys.
