My son has got some wired Tritton AX180 headphones and mic that have just packed in. These are only 3 months old so will be getting them sorted via warranty, and he's using a spare set up for now. Can anyone recommend a good set for around the ?60.00 mark that are wireless........want to hear about the sound quality etc as I've read alot about wireless not having very good sound ?????
Thanks:smile:

I have just brought a pair of turtle beach X42.
I first brought the X12 for about ?35, but when I opened them they were wired and I didn't want cables trailing everywhere, also they were stero sound. So I took them back and got a refund, then went to Game to buy the X42. At the time about 3 months ago they were on offer for ?100 I think, and still are that price on google.
These are wireless and work about 4-5m away from the hub which you connect to the xbox, but you still need to connect a cable from the controller to the head phones if you talk online. If you don't talk online you don't need the cable. These are also Dolby sound which is the best sound. You can use these for anything on the Xbox, games or moves.
You can go into Game and try out these head phone befor you buy.
