Autocom truck cables problem

I have Autocom trucks 2012.3 and I have problem connecting unit to DAF and SCANIA trucks manufactured before 2003 using
SCANIA -16P Cable adapter. Any solution with this? With new trucks after 2005 yuer Autocom works perfect! Did someone manage to connect to this trucks?

More chinese cable are defekt.

Correct diagram for this cable?Also Does anyone successufuly make connection to Scania and Daf produced before 2002y?
