Nokia N95 speed cam poi's and postal search probs

hi there just got my new N95 and got the new tomtom 6 straight on no probs trouble is i cant work out how to get the postal zip for the postcode search and the poi's for the speed cams. my pda version allready had these folders so you just dragged and dropped but cant find them on my nokia ?
an help please ?

with regard to the poi`s u put them striaght into the map folder , eg: there is 2 or 2 files to each poi`s the way i do and works all the time is drag n drop 1 @ a time
