I need to increase idling up to around 900rpm ,
because at the moment while starting the car has poor and unregular idling.
Can anybody help me with this ?

Have you tried a throttle body alignment? Surely the underlying issue needs resolving rather than trying to mask it with idle speed increase.

I tried everything.I changed throttle body alignment.MAP , throttle , ok.

Check EGR path and valve.

EGR blinded and it is doing also.but only when i put a strain on engine.for example lights

How many is exact rpm at idle?
Is there any temperature relation between coolant temp and the idle rpm, and what exactly is?
In short - i need numbers...

Have you try to increase the idle rpm with VCDS?

cool engine - car has 900rpm
hot engine - car has around 750-800rpm
If unregular idling - it is between 650-800rpm and throttle position sensor shows 0-2 degrees.
I have tried it with VCDS and superVAG, but I dont know in which channel is adaptation on idle rph.

You must find in VCDS message block "specifed idle" and simulate temp. sensor with potentiometer... then simulate -20 degree and look what is the spec. idle speed. This measurement you should due for different temp. with steps of 10 degrees up to 120 degrees. That i meant by "numbers"...
You must understand, there isn't available damos for this ECU, this will be hard job...

Try increse iddle rpm with "UniSettings Bosch ME7.exe" or "Lemmiwinks.exe" on ch 01
Work with kkl cable.
