EEproms on Peugeot 307

Could someone tell me what is inside the BSi and dashboards on Peugeot 307?
I saw that some models have nec on dashboard and others have eeproms...

P307 2002-2004 (true 2004) have ONLY 95160+NEC in dashboard. Need to fix both of them. P307 2001 and mostly 2002 have BSI with 912DG128 and NEC in dashboard, but it is enough to fix ONLY BSI. 2005 and onward have SPI on both places, and both places need to be fixed. Also, P307 for UK market can be found 912mcu in 2003.

In 2003 I've seen just NEC + 95160 , except for UK market . But in 2002 I've seen much more NEC + 95160 than 912mcu combination. And, when is flip key (2005 and onward) , there is always 2xSPI (usually 95128 or 95126 + 95020 in dash).
