I have tried to use my Auticom on 3 VW's today & I cannot communicate with any of them. A 2007 passat, a 2008 polo & a 2010 golf. Is there's different procedure for VAG cars. Thanks.

I have the new Delphi 150 which is supposed to be compatible with Autocom 13.2. It does early VW's but won't communicate with late ones.

I never tried it on older versions as I have VCDS and didn't need to, but my VCDS has just stopped working and I'm waiting for a replacement.

Mine doesn't work with eobd anymore since I updated my gold clone. Just gets stuck on initialising tester.

I was told by my supplier that it was ok to update mine. I might go backwards when I've got time and see what happens.

test it on psa can protocol if still have problem need to change 2 can transceivers
if it's cdp+/ds150e (new vci) keep a backup firmware folder don't delete 2013.2 just install older version with a different product id
you can test if software or hardware then

I have gone back installed the software that was shipped with my DS150e and it still does not connect to late fords. I have contacted my supplier and they say that it should. Another strange thing is that when I go into hardware setup it shows up as a new 100e not a 150. Can anyone throw some light on this for me please. Has anyone else had problems with the CAN transceivers on this machine?

it will show up as ds100e nothing to worry about there aslong as you install it as ds150e new vci/cdp+ or ds150/old cdp pro
it's definetly a hardware fault

Have ordered replacement CAN transceivers. No point sending it back to china as postage is nearly as expensive as what I paid so may as well try and fix it as it seems to be a CAN problem. I know that it is not allowed to post links to sellers sites but I would like an opinion as to which is the best one of these tools to buy at the moment as there are so many and they all seem to be the same. I have the CDM+ with 2012.3 software and It works fine but the new DS150e I bought (2013.2) seems to be faulty but my supplier says it is the best of these on the market. They say that there's no need for OKI chip as it does all and OKI chip is discontinued anyway. Has anyone had this problem?? Will changing the CAN transceivers fix it??? I really only bought this kit to reset/regenerate Merc DPF's.
