There is ECM gone bad in this 2006 cherokee. We managed to get a used ECM. IF installed, do i need marry any other ecu with this. I am worried what will happen to SKREEM unit and keys
What all do i need to synch or marry to get it working
I got maxidas with me, dont know it can do it or not
Anyone from US or Chrysler expert can help or guide me on this

ok this is what i did
Went to PCM > special function> check vin> write new vin> success
Went to skreem>PCM replacement> entered pin> wrote new vin> got a message secret key code transferred successfully..!!
Radio started working, abs lights went off> now car cranks but no start
I am left with this code P1620 (PCM not programmed)
I did this procedure almost 5 times but results are same, can anyone help me on to start this car

Go to PROGRAMMING and try to program in the old key or a new key then try starting it.

I did that too. There was no security light flashing but still i tried to reprogram the old key. Still the same
After tht i programmed a new 46 transponder. Same result., security light off, car cranks but no start
I pulled the injector and there is no ground coming to it.
Also Checked all fuses, added a constant battery power source
What can it be i am missing out.??

if you have new pcm in the car it must be flashed thru techauthorty using j2534,if it used pcm just follow the given procedure by raedareeg.have done hunderds used pcm in dodge/jeep with skim code entery only.then reset the pcm. don't think need key programing after pcm replacement as win module would pass the code to pcm.
