U can use ETL or Carprog... Not sure about UPA... but maybe...

i bought 1 week ago from china a UPA DEVICE. Its green. It costs me 9 5 E U R O. i tried to read it. But i ever get the error, no communication with device.
I dont know what i do wrong, Do i have to lift a pin?
