Volvo S40 2005 Ventilation problem

I recently purchased Volvo s40 2005 and noticed when I press button for ventilation light go red and there is not fresh air coming in.
Any idea how to fix it?

there is a electronic module wich command fresh air blower (like common problem bmw e46) ,this it's problem. you must change it
