Dear all,
I'm developing a project on a BMM 2.0tdi 8v 140hp DPF edc16U34 engine, and I would need to remove EGR, Intake Manifold Flap and Mass Air Flow Sensor. Engine works perfectly with everything unplugged (this ecu is MAP based so it works properly without MAF), but MIL is on. I would like at least to turn MIL light off, it's the same for me if DTCs stay in diagnose.

DTCs are

001031/P0407 - EGR sensor 2

008214/P2016 - Intake Manifold Flap Position Sensor

000258/P0102 - MAF air flow sensor

@teoturo

Here's file with deleted DTC's ;)

Try it and tell me if it solved your problems.

Thanks a lot, but I realized I forgot the last DTC:

005269 - P1495 - Switch-Over Valve for EGR Cooler (N345)

Could you remove this too? I'm building a "naked" engine.

Everything worked fine Morgano, thanks much for your contribution.
With this ecu-flashing I also disabled
- exhaust temperature sensor DTC for exhaust manifold
- exhaust temperature sensor DTC before DPF
- exhaust temperature sensor DTC after DPF
- differential pressure sensor DTC

Engine is now running without any exhaust temperature sensor on DPF, without differential pressure sensor, without egr, without intake flap, without MAF. I replaced all torque limiters (also limiters for gears) with a single one, totally rebuilt injection maps and advance maps, replaced boost maps with a single one totally new, replaced the 2 turbo maps with a single one, changed turbo limiter from 10x10 to 1x1, modified single value turbo limiter and removed all throttle maps with a single one totally new (this last modify was exceptionally effective).

I'll keep you informed on this BMM engine, this is the actual video with totally OEM mechanic and just 1649 turbocharger instaed of original 1646 turbocharger. Will soon upgrade to 1749 turbocharger. Car needs 18s for 0-180 and it's not bad considering nothing was changed except 1649 turbocharger (slightly bigger than original)

Done :friendly_wink:

What do you think about the car performances shown in the video? Development is still far from perfection, but car is giving good results.
