Hello,
I need bin file to flash CMOS for sony vaio sve11113fxb, as It automatically boot to bios setup.

just remove the battery of the bios and click start button for 15 seconds and connect the battery the laptop will be set up at the original set

The bios boot defective, I can enter the bios and reconfigure, but will not boot from hard disk

It you can boot to the bios then I would say that it is far from defective.
First things to check is the time on the PC right ?
If you set the time, when you restart the PC is the time still correct (remove the Laptop battery and power lead for a minute or 2 before checking)
Has the hard drive gone faulty, is it detected in the bios at all ?

If you find that the time resets itself then it is not the BIOS that needs replacing it's the onboard CMOS battery.
If you still wish to upgrade your BIOS then use the following link, at least then you will have the correct BIOS as opposed to someone randomly uploading you one on a forum. Read the instructions thoroughly before you do it or you laptop might end up like a nice shiny silver doorstop.
