SUBARU LEGACY 1997 IMMO OFF PLEASE

Dear Friends
I have a 1997 Subaru Legacy. start the vehicle stopped for a moment to another. on the dashboard check engine light is flashing a code of failure and can interpret the code 53. means that immobilized.
I reviewed the immo, I've also done reading the immo and set another chip with tango. but the vehicle remains the same. not start the engine.
anyone can help, I need immo off for this ecu?

Still not get the solution for this vehicle. the problem is that there is no connexion programmer diagnostic port with 9-pin connector (Old)
someone can help me with a file immo OFF for this vehicle? the EJ25 engine.
